Patrick Kukalis is a civil and commercial litigator with a practical mindset and a deep commitment to client success. He represents large corporations, small businesses and individuals in a wide array of disputes with a focus on efficiency, clarity, and results. Patrick brings particular expertise in ERISA withdrawal liability and multiemployer pension plan litigation, helping clients navigate these highly technical matters with confidence.

Before entering private practice, Patrick served as a federal law clerk for The Honorable William S. Stickman IV, where he gained invaluable insight into judicial decision-making and honed his skills in legal analysis and advocacy. That experience continues to shape his approach—strategic, precise, and always grounded in the realities of the courtroom.

Patrick’s litigation experience includes negotiating pre-suit resolution, issuing and responding to discovery, drafting and responding to motions, conducting and defending depositions, negotiating settlement including mediation, and preparing for and going to trial.
